Shipping/Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days.
We do not backorder our products. All orders ship complete.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Order Cancellation
An unframed Lithograph order may be canceled at any time before shipment occurs. Each frame order is custom crafted. A frame order may only be canceled if assembly of the framed piece has not been completed. If you wish to cancel an order please call 1.888.241.2037 and place your request with a customer service representative. All orders are custom made therefore we are unable to accept returns.

Offline Orders
To order offline, please call 1.888.241.2037.

Claims
All damaged claims must be reported to Landmark within 3 business days. Please call (do not email) 888.241.2037 to report any claims. Please keep damaged merchandise in its original packaging and exterior box so the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) can inspect the damages. Landmark will replace only damaged or defective merchandise. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer as soon as possible.

When you register with our site or make a purchase, we obtain some personal information such as email, address, etc. The information will only be used for internal marketing and administrative efforts. We will never sell any of your personal information to a third party.

Frames – quality and price levels
We offer two price levels for our framed lithography in the wood frame styles.

Bookstore Quality – Alumnus and Scholar
Made of solid wood with a Mahogany stain and thin black edging, this frame style offers a lower price point without sacrificing style. Frame comes with double matting.

Museum Quality – Alma Mater and Graduate
Made of solid cherry wood, this frame style is classic and suits any traditional setting. Frame comes with triple matting.

How do I get my diploma into the frame?
We collect the dimensions for your diploma order when you choose your product. We use these dimensions to accurately cut the matting so it fits your diploma size. We do not need to have your diploma in hand to do this, however we need the accurate dimensions from you. We then ship the frame to you with a set of instructions on how to remove the backing from the frame, insert your diploma then place the backing into the frame. It’s that simple! Please do not mail your diploma to Landmark Publishing.

How do I measure my diploma?
Please lay your diploma face up (so that you can read it) on a flat surface. Using a ruler measure the width of the diploma. This is from the left edge of the paper to the right edge of the paper. Write this down as your ‘width’. Then measure from the top edge of the paper to the bottom edge of the paper. Write this down as your ‘height’. Ignore the text on the diploma when measuring, just measure the paper. Include these dimensions when you place your diploma frame order. (There is space provided.)

I have two diplomas and want to include both in my frame.
